  • Founder & Designer: Ashish Satyavrat Sahu, a graduate from NIFT Gandhinagar, brings his passion for Jharkhandi culture to Johargram.
  • Creative Head: Pawan Bara, a Mass Communication graduate from Gossner College, Ranchi, drives creativity at Johargram.
  • Brand Manager: Ankita, with an Electronics and Communication Engineering background and a Fashion Management postgraduate degree from NIFT Raebareli, manages Johargram's brand strategy.
