We're delighted to offer free international shipping. Here’s what you need to know:
- Orders will be dispatched and delivered within 10-18 days, with specific delivery times detailed in the product descriptions.
- Free delivery + skilled artistry of our local artisans, unchanged by the distance they travel. All crafted in India and shipped globally from our designers' workshops.
For Orders Within India:
Enjoy free shipping on all apparel and accessories, regardless of your location within India.
- All our products are thoughtfully made to order in India and shipped directly from our designers' workshops to you.
- Typically, merchandise will be dispatched and delivered within 7-10 days. Please check the product descriptions for any special notes on delivery times before finalizing your purchase.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Clotho Studio is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Clotho Studio is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
