At Clotho, each product is thoughtfully crafted to order, reflecting our dedication to quality and sustainability. Because our items are made specifically for you, all sales are considered final once your order has shipped.
1. Refund Eligibility
A refund may only be requested if your order has not yet shipped. You have 3 business days from the date your order is placed to request a cancellation and refund. After this window — or once your order has shipped, whichever comes first — refunds are no longer available.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the eligible window, contact us at clothostudio.ca@gmail.com with your order number. We will confirm whether your order is still eligible for cancellation.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are final sale under all circumstances and cannot be refunded, even within the 3-business-day window:
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized items
- Items purchased on sale or during a promotion
4. No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any shipped orders. We encourage you to review sizing, product details, and any questions with our team before placing your order.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at clothostudio.ca@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will work with you to find a resolution on a case-by-case basis.
